At University of Talents (UOT), we are committed to providing every registered participant with a fair and equal opportunity to showcase their talent, participate in auditions and competitions, receive guidance, and gain exposure through our platform.

To ensure proper planning, coordination, venue arrangements, audition management, judging, training, promotional activities and other operational requirements, University of Talents follows a strict Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Overview

Once a participant completes the registration process and successfully pays the applicable registration or participation fee, the registration is considered confirmed and final.

Registration fees and participation fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable, except where University of Talents specifically determines otherwise at its sole discretion.

Participants are therefore advised to carefully review all registration details, eligibility requirements, event information and applicable fees before completing their registration and payment.

No Refund on Cancellation

University of Talents does not provide refunds if a participant:

• Changes their mind after registration.
• Decides not to participate.
• Is unable to attend an audition, competition, workshop or other scheduled activity.
• Is unavailable on the scheduled date or venue.
• Has personal, professional, academic or travel commitments.
• Fails to appear for an audition or event.
• Does not qualify for the next stage of the selection process.
• Is not selected by the judges.
• Is eliminated from a competition.
• Chooses to discontinue participation after registration.
• Fails to comply with applicable rules, instructions or eligibility requirements.

Non-selection or elimination from any audition, competition or subsequent round does not create any right to a refund.

Audition and Selection Process

Registration with University of Talents provides an opportunity to participate in the applicable audition or selection process. Registration does not guarantee selection, winning, a prize, scholarship, mentorship opportunity, training opportunity, live performance opportunity or any particular outcome.

Participants are evaluated according to the applicable selection criteria and the decisions of the designated judges or organizing team.

Fees paid for registration remain non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the audition or selection process.

Event Postponement or Change

University of Talents reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, relocate or make reasonable changes to an audition, competition, workshop, training session or other event due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Administrative or operational requirements.
• Venue availability.
• Technical issues.
• Government restrictions or requirements.
• Safety and security considerations.
• Weather or natural events.
• Force majeure circumstances.
• Any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of University of Talents.

In such circumstances, the participant’s registration may remain valid for the rescheduled date or revised event, as determined by University of Talents.

Postponement, rescheduling, change of venue, change in event schedule or other reasonable modification of an event does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund.

Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a participant accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same registration, the participant may contact University of Talents with the relevant payment details and transaction information.

Any refund or adjustment for a verified duplicate payment will be reviewed by the University of Talents team on a case-by-case basis.

Failed or Unsuccessful Transactions

If an amount has been debited from a participant’s bank account or payment method but the registration is not successfully completed due to a payment gateway or technical issue, the participant should contact University of Talents with the relevant transaction details.

Such cases will be verified against the payment gateway and registration records. Any applicable refund arising from a verified failed transaction will be processed in accordance with the applicable payment gateway and banking procedures.

Incorrect Information Provided by Participant

Participants are responsible for providing accurate information during registration, including their name, age, contact details, category, talent type and other required information.

University of Talents will not be responsible for losses or refund claims arising from incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information submitted by the participant.

Any correction or modification of registration information will be subject to the applicable rules and the approval of the University of Talents team.

Equal Treatment of Participants

University of Talents follows this policy consistently to maintain fairness, transparency and equal treatment among all participants.

Individual circumstances, personal reasons or changes in a participant’s plans generally do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Any exception, if considered by University of Talents, will be entirely at the discretion of the management and will not establish a precedent for other participants.
